Meet The Team at Goebel Chiropractic
Dr. H. John Goebel, DC
Hi, I’m Dr. John! I am driven by the privilege to propel Goebel Chiropractic‘s legacy by communicating the message of getting well and staying well as long as possible, all while recognizing and anticipating the ever-changing landscape of health. I value the uniqueness of every patient and work with them in curating a Wellness Plan to achieve their individual goals and needs. My goal is to empower my patients to take control of their health.
After completing my undergraduate studies at Ball State University, I attended the National College of Chiropractic, presently known as the National University of Health Sciences, where I earned a Bachelor of Science and graduated in 1985 with a Doctorate of Chiropractic.
I have had the pleasure of serving as the third-generation chiropractor of Goebel Chiropractic since my graduation. Through our years of experience, I’m proud to combine thorough diagnostics and proven techniques, including the Cox Flexion Distraction method, to deliver personalized care to the Fort Wayne community.
Outside the office, I love spending time with my wife, children, and grandchildren. I also enjoy exercising my mind and body by reading inspiring educational topics and walking or riding my bike around town.
Dr. Tatiana Castillo Simpson, DC
Hello, I’m Dr. T! I have been serving patients at Goebel Chiropractic since 2021. Upon completing my undergraduate degree at the University of Saint Francis, I attended the original Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. It was there that I developed a passion for building relationships with my patients so I can treat each person based on their individual needs. I love getting to consult with my patients, find out what their needs are, and employ techniques like Cox-Flexion Distraction to help them get back to health.
I am also Webster-certified in treating pregnant mothers and a member of the International Association of Pediatric Chiropractors. I am committed to caring for patients at all stages of life, from expectant mothers to teenagers and adults, with listening ears and the highest-quality care.
Outside the office, I love to spend time with my husband and two dogs, Nova and Bruno. We love going on walks through the neighborhood and trying out new recipes. I also enjoy spending quality time with my mom, sister, and Lita on the weekends.
Kelly
Hi! My name is Kelly and I am part of the Goebel Chiropractic Dream Team. I am the Office Manager and I love creating a positive and motivating vibe in our office. I also love to empower our patients by sharing my passion for change through nutrition, movement, and lifestyle choices.
I have a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Saint Francis, and my passion for a healthy lifestyle led me to several post-graduate certifications, including Fitness Nutrition, Group Exercise Instructor, and X-Ray Technician. My desire is to use my knowledge and experience to work with our patients to minimize stress so they maximize their healing experience.
When I am not at work, I love to stay active by walking outdoors and keeping up with my five granddaughters, laughing with family, and food-prepping colorful dishes in the kitchen.
Deysy
Hi, my name is Deysy and I’m one of the three amazing chiropractic assistants. I’m a mother of three (two girls, one boy) and they are my biggest motivation.
I’m a happy and outgoing person, and I love to meet new people and help them learn new ways to become a better, healthier version of themselves.
The best thing about my job is having the opportunity to be part of the patient’s healing process. I have been with the team for a few years, and I try my hardest to help all patients the best I can.
Whether it’s babies, kids, teenagers, or adults, it brings a smile to my face knowing I made a difference in someone’s life.
Caylee
My name is Caylee and I am a chiropractic assistant at Goebel Chiropractic. My job is ensuring that patients have a positive and healing experience during their time at the office.
Kindness is a huge value to me, and I try to express that through my job with our patients. A couple of things that I love most about my job are interacting with our patients and hearing their stories, and having the opportunity to give them knowledge about new ways to improve their overall health.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, working out, and spending time with those that I love.
Angie
Hello, I am Angie and I have been a licensed massage therapist for ten years, with nine of those years being at Goebel Chiropractic as a muscle therapist.
I specialize in the Pfrimmer Deep Tissue Massage technique that helps to release deeper layers of muscle fibers. This technique can help correct damaged tissues. I have found many health conditions can benefit from this technique, including arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and muscular dystrophy.
I have always loved working at Goebel Chiropractic and helping our patients get well-rounded care. Adding muscle therapy to chiropractic services helps heal the body more naturally, along with the chiropractic care received.
When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my wife, taking trips to Dollywood in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and riding roller coasters!
Brenna
My name is Brenna. I am one of the Chiropractic Assistants at Goebel Chiropractic. I absolutely love working here! I enjoy connecting with our patients on a personal level and seeing them feel better with every step they take. I also love the people I work with; it is a fun environment while we give our patients the highest quality of chiropractic care.
Being able to coach and teach patients at the office has helped me in many ways while I finish my degree at Purdue University Fort Wayne in History Education. Goebel Chiropractic has given me experience and taught me a lot of valuable things that I can use in my future career.
Outside of the office, I love to read books, go camping with my family, and spend time with my friends.
